Is the free plan really free?

Does CarCEO work with Turo?
Yes — two-way iCal calendar sync, a fee decoder for every trip payout, payout reconciliation, and channel-by-channel profit views. CarCEO is an independent back office for hosts; we're not affiliated with Turo Inc.
Are e-signatures legal for rental agreements in Canada?
Yes. Under PIPEDA and the provincial electronic-commerce acts (and Quebec’s legal framework), electronic signatures are valid for rental agreements across Canada. CarCEO records the signature, timestamp, and a full audit trail in the archived PDF.
How do payments work?
You connect your own Stripe account. Checkout links, deposit holds, refunds, and recurring billing for long rentals all run through it — your money settles directly to your Stripe, not through us.
How does GST, HST, PST and QST work in CarCEO?
Set your province’s profile as the default — HST provinces get one harmonized line; GST+PST and GST+QST provinces get both lines — then override per booking when you need to. Invoices and the ledger stay consistent either way.
Can I bring my existing fleet and customers?
Yes. Add vehicles by plate or VIN (Canadian VINs auto-fill via the federal NHTSA database), import customers, and keep your history. Enterprise includes dedicated migration help.
What happens when I outgrow my plan?
Only the vehicle count changes the price: 2 cars free, 10 for $29, unlimited for $129. Nothing else is gated, so you upgrade when the fleet grows — not when we decide to charge you for a feature.
And if I want to leave?
