Who is behind CarCEO PRO?
CarCEO PRO is built and operated by GCCONNECT B.V., a small team based in Amsterdam, Netherlands. The product is built in daily collaboration with working rental operators who got tired of patching together spreadsheets, paper contracts and forgotten deposits — so we build the software they wished existed.
Where is CarCEO PRO based?
Our headquarters is in Amsterdam, Netherlands. All customer data is hosted on EU servers under GDPR, and our team works remotely across Europe and Latin America so we cover support across every operator's working day.
Why is CarCEO PRO so much cheaper than competitors?
We don't charge per user, per vehicle, per branch, or for "premium" features. Most rental software vendors stack those fees on top of a base price because their pricing model is built to extract — ours is built to be fair. We build with working operators every day; we know what it costs to run a fleet, and we won't be part of that pile.
Is CarCEO PRO funded by VCs?
No. CarCEO PRO is independent and self-funded. We answer to operators, not to investors looking for an exit. That's why we can hold the $129/month price and refuse to add per-seat fees or dark patterns — there's no growth-at-all-costs board pressure to do so.
How can I trust a small team with my business?
We're small by design — small enough that the same people who write the code answer support tickets, and big enough that operators across 40+ countries run their daily ops on our software. Data is hosted on EU-residency servers, encrypted at rest and in transit, and our uptime is published at carceo.pro/status.
Do you have a privacy policy and data deletion process?
Yes. CarCEO PRO is GDPR compliant, with full data residency in the EU. Customers can request a complete data export or full deletion at any time via carceo.pro/DataDeletion. We never sell customer data and we never share it with third-party advertisers.
Who are Ava and Atlas?
Ava and Atlas are CarCEO Intelligence — two AI agents included with every plan. Ava handles customer operations (re-engaging dormant renters via WhatsApp, surfacing booking opportunities). Atlas handles fleet operations (auto-attributing fines and tolls to renters, flagging un-released deposits, predicting service-due dates). We think of them as two virtual operators on the team.
