For mileage-based maintenance intervals, log the vehicle's real odometer reading at each service — that's what CarCEO PRO's maintenance module uses to calculate the next due mileage.

Each vehicle stores its registration and insurance documents with an expiry date. You can scan the physical card or title with the built-in document scanner and it auto-fills the expiry date and provider from the photo. CarCEO PRO flags each document as expiring soon or expired and reminds you a configurable number of days before it lapses (30 days by default).
