Is Starter really free forever?

Yes. No credit card, no time limit. You can manage up to 5 vehicles, 10 customers, and 10 contracts on Starter for as long as you like. When you grow past those limits, you can either delete old records or upgrade to Ultimate.

What's the difference between monthly and yearly?

Same Ultimate plan, different billing cycle. Monthly is $35/mo, billed every month. Yearly is $350 for the whole year — that's $29.17/mo effective, saving you $70 a year. You can switch between cycles anytime in Settings → Billing.

Can I cancel anytime?

Yes. Cancel from Settings → Billing in two clicks. You keep Ultimate access until the end of your current billing period, then automatically move to Starter. Your data stays safe — nothing is deleted.

What happens to my data if I downgrade?

Nothing is deleted. If you have more than 5 vehicles or 10 customers/contracts when you downgrade, the older records become read-only. You can still view, export, and print them — you just can't create new ones until you're back under the limit (or upgrade again).

Do you offer refunds?

Yes. If you're unhappy within the first 14 days of an Ultimate subscription, email [email protected] and we'll refund you in full. After 14 days, you can cancel anytime — you just won't be charged for the next cycle.

Are there any hidden fees? Per-vehicle charges?

No. The price you see is the total price. No per-vehicle fees, no per-user fees, no transaction fees on contracts. WhatsApp comes with 25 free messages per month included; if you send more, you can top up at cost.

Which payment methods do you accept?

All major credit/debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, Amex), Apple Pay, Google Pay, Link, and SEPA debit (in eligible countries). Local methods like iDEAL, Bancontact, and others are auto-detected by Stripe based on your country.

Do you offer discounts for non-profits, students, or annual prepay?

Yes — yearly already saves you $70 vs monthly. For non-profits or larger fleets (50+ vehicles), email [email protected] with your situation and we'll work something out.
